Five steps from “I should get out more”
Tell Vibent what you’re into
Make a free account with a passkey (your device’s Face ID, fingerprint or screen lock, so there is no password) or with Google. Pick the kinds of things you like doing and roughly where you are. Vibent asks you to confirm you are 18 or older; it never assumes it.
Browse the map, or swipe For You
The map shows what is already planned near you and how much room is left. The For You deck ranks plans for you, including ideas nobody has hosted yet, and every card tells you why it was picked.
Ask to join
Swipe right or tap to ask. Once you are confirmed you can see the plan’s full details and talk with the other confirmed guests in its thread.
Go, then say how it went
Afterwards, rate the plan and quietly note who you’d happily see again. Those notes are private to you. They shape your own recommendations and are never shown to anyone, including the people you rated.
Host the next one
Found your crowd? Post a plan of your own. Vibent shows it on the map and to nearby people whose interests fit. More on hosting.
Groups, for the people you keep seeing
When the same faces keep turning up, make it a group. A group gets its own thread and its own recommendations, built from what its members like and when they are all free. A single member who really dislikes something is enough to keep it out of the group’s suggestions.
Recommendations you can question
Vibent learns from what you rate, not from what you scroll past. Its recommendations can be explained: each card carries the reasons it was chosen. Delete a rating and it is genuinely forgotten.
Vibent is built around small groups and people near you. You can only message people you are actually doing something with. See how Vibent keeps it safe.
